Rochen has servers in the United States and in England and they allow you to chose the location of your server upon registration. However, their hosting account performs 4 times slower than SiteGround for example.

Technical Assistance

Althrough recognized as an official Joomla hosting provider, Rochen host have much to work to reach the leading companies in the industry in terms of Support. Our tests have shown that it takes about 6 hours get a simple, Joomla-related issue solved by their support. When we simulated a problem that requires a bit more advanced support assistance, we had to wait over 8 hours and at the end Rochen Support team did not solve our issue.

Joomla Hosting Features

Rochen have made some optimizations towards Joomla-based websites. In addition they have a one-click installer which makes it easier to start a new site. Despite that, they don’t offer any other extras like auto-updates, templates or tutorials.
